I'd appreciate any hints on converting any of the following terminals
so they supply a free Line Feed with each received Carriage Return
(this was easy back in the days of Teletype Model 15!):
	Teletype Model 33
	 "       "     35
	GE Terminet (300 & 1200 Baud)
Also, is there a standard form of ribbon available for the GE?
