Looking for a copy of the concurrency pseudo-device to allow simultaneous
INGRES database access on a VAX. The distribution copy I have of INGRES
(hopefully an old one) proclaims that the concurrency device had not been
adapted to the VAX at publication time. Any help will be appreciated.
