I would like to start a Canadian news group for vlsi workers.
Would anyone interested in participating in such a group
reply to me.  I think one immediately useful thing to do
would be for each researcher or group to postnews describing
what is being done at their institution.  Assuming we
get enough interest, I will start the process shortly.
