I am in the process of compiling a list of public domain VLSI tools
that run on the VAX under Berkeley UNIX.   If you know of any such
tools please send me mail with the following information:
	1) Program name,
	2) Description of what the program does,
	3) Who wrote it,
	4) Where can it be obtained,
	5) User experience and reactions.

If a reasonable list can be generated, I'll make it available to the
mailing list.
