Yesterday morning Dave Galloway and I slowed the utzoo<->utcsrgv line
down from 4800 baud to 1200 baud, because of increasing suspicion that
very high interrupt rates are implicated in CP HUNG crashes here.  It
is interesting that there have been no CP HUNG crashes since.
