Hello!  Anyone out there?  I haven't seen any news here since UVa attached
in December.  Surely someone must be interested in applicative languages!
Surely someone must be doing something relevant?

Just to disturb the silence, I'll announce that I've got a (Revised, more
or less) SCHEME running under Franz, if anyone's interested.  I'll bet I'm
not the first.

For that matter, I got tired of trying to keep the parentheses straight (I
guess they're supposed to be curved) so I write my SCHEME through a
preprocessor called "iswhim" in honor of Landin [1].  As far as I can see,
we're about 600 languages behind.  Get to work!
