Users of notesfiles take for granted that followup articles ("responses")
remain tied to the initial article ("base note").  Of course, when articles
posted via notes reach USENET users, they are dissociated!  Moral:  If you
are using notes and your articles DO go out the the "world", try to make
your responses self-contained!  Thanks!
