Title: Tek 4025 problem

I use a Tektronix 4025a on a 1200 baud dial-in line.  When I type
fast in vi it often prints "ich" or "dch" commands on my screen
instead of politely inserting or deleting characters.  Adding delays
doesn't help.  Does anyone know a cure for this?
