Ah!  I could go on all night...  The Man in the High Castle, 
Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep, and VALIS are probably my favorites.
(He was getting strange by the time he wrote VALIS, so I don't really
recomend it.)  Ubik is also good.  Lotsa stuff, boyo...
