What is the effectiveness for no birth control?  Ie. if sponge means
85% don't get pregnant, then how many don't (or do) when they just lead
a normal sex life without the contraceptive?  I expect it would be hard
to get figures on this, for the only subjects you would get would be
people who are married and want to have a child, and you would only be able
to record how long it took.   I assume the figure is pretty low.
