The question posted to the male readers of net.singles about birth control
made me think back to the early years of my sexual experience. I was
deathly afraid of getting someone pregnant and would always discuss what
form the woman was using if any, should I take responsibility, etc. I would
also discuss what we would do if she did get pregnant. Two long romances
with woman using IUD's has spoiled me, not that I ever liked condoms, but I 
have not used them in ages and have on occasion proceeded without protection.
Lets face it passion will, until the end of time, occasionally supercede
good sense.

Of course now as I get older with no kids I wonder if maybe a few accidental
pregnancies along the way might not have turned out for the better.

Lastly there is one form of birth control not mentioned in our 
effectiveness discussions. It is as near to 100 percent effective as
you can get. It was first pointed out to me by a friend from Senegal.
It seems his wife had 6 abortions, before they decided to have kids.
