Having stood through my friend's abortion, holding her hand and thanking
whatever gods there may be they'd put a screen up so she couldn't see
what was happening, I must say that abortion must be considered a last
resort, not a viable alternative.  What a sad affair!  Painful, both
physically and emotionally.  I'm not anti-abortion, personally, but I
feel it should be avoided if possible, just for the woman's sake.  Pre-
coital birth control is a must.
