Of course, everyone knows that.  I bet you even knew that everyone 
knew how safe abstinence is.  Only that's not the issue.  People
do have sex and at the er
very same time don't want babies.   Abstinence is the type of birth
control used by all the 'good' girls in high-school who were
really virgins with lapses.  And they were the ones who got
pregnant.
