I've noticed a frequent phenomenon in many episodes. One shot will show
the Enterprise in a prograde orbit (moving from west to east), while a
view of the planet from the bridge viewscreen will seem to show the ship
moving the opposite way.  I guess this means that the bridge is upside
down as seen from the outside of the ship?
