I am looking for an indexed sequential file system written
for a unix system.  In particular I am interested in a
subroutine library which implements primary and secondary
key searching of a sorted file.  The implementation 
should use B+ trees to implement the indexes.  If the
system supports concurrent updating that would be a
plus, but is not entirely necessary.
