I have fixed up the calendar program to be a bit smarter:

1) When invoked without an argument, it looks for the calendar file
in your home directory instead of your current directory.

2) If given a filename as an argument, it takes that file as the
calendar file.

3) When looking for a calendar file, it looks under the name ".calendar"
first, then "calendar".  This makes it possible to keep the calendar
file a bit more unobtrusive.
