	The radiator cooling fins are rotting out on my '76 corolla. Any
ideas short of replacing the entire radiator on replacing the fins or in
some way increasing the heat dissipation rate of the unit.
	 Perhaps it IS worth replacing the radiator. In that case
how much would it cost? Where can I get one (cheap)?
