Does anyone know what the fix is for the following bug in ex/vi
version 3.6?

	An even more serious vi bug.  Try typing in a file from
	scratch, and then before writing, do a '/' command that fails.
	If you then 'ZZ', the file isn't saved and you will lose
	everything!
