One solution for commercial use of the uucp mechanism would seem to be
an 800 toll free number (paid for by the establishment in question) and
connected to a dialin port on their computer.  Then none of us is asked
to forward commercial mail; it's all direct.  This seems obvious to me
but I've never seen it mentioned on the net.  Maybe there is something
I don't know about 800 numbers.
