Or should I play it safe?  I'm permanently self hasted, armor class 0,
unenchanted 2-hander, 3 teleport scrolls, polymorph and cancel sticks,
+2 dexterity, regeneration, and stealth rings, strength 18, exp 11,
hp not so good (50 or so, I don't remember).  Once I get the Amulet
should I come back up, or should I bounce around for a while.  I'm down
to 4 food, although the self haste should help.  What advantage is there
to looking for stuff I can't carry anyway?  Can I get into trouble?

Also, I have yet to be confused by Umbers.  Why might that be?
