No one even made a guess. Did you guys even try? Anyway, here is the answer: JAMEY'S GOT THE BLUES The album is called "The Sky is Falling". It was the third album by Randy Stonehill. His first was called "Born Twice" (and you can't get it anymore), and his second was called "Welcome to Paradise". BTW, his fourth album, "Between the Glory and the Flame", and his fifth, just released, "Equator", are both excellent. The last two are available from Myrrh records. The others are from Solid Rock. Randy, by the bye, would just as soon forget his part in "Son of Blob". Now, just to keep things a little interesting: How old was Randy when Son of Blob was filmed? And, here is a trivial list of people who acted in minor roles in Son of Blob, who later became quite famous (the two lead actors have done nothing more notable than a car commercial or two). Burgess Meredith -- later the Penguin and Rocky's trainer. Larry Hagman -- directed SoB. Later, of course, JR Ewing. Larry Norman -- The grandaddy of Christian Rock. Had one line in SoB. Dick Van Patten -- 8 is enough* Cindy Williams -- of LaVerne & Shirley There were others, too but I can't remember them. *More trivial trivia: name a 1940's stage play in which "Dickie" Van Patten was part of the original Broadway cast. Dickie played a messenger boy. -Glenn R. Wichman who knows a lot of things, but not Beaver Cleaver's locker number.
