I propose the creation of net.psych, to:
  discuss psychology as it is useful to computer science (e.g. in the areas of
     user interface design, programming language design, AI systems),
  discuss general topics in psychology and especially cognitive science, and
  to announce conferences and important publications in these areas.

I'll tabulate positive and negative votes for the newsgroup; mail me at
decvax!utzoo!utvsrgv!peterr and I'll post the results to net.news.group,
to which general discussion of the proposed group should also be posted.
