We are currently looking at the possibility of using a VAX for real time
work, particularly the analysis of seismic data.

DEC have suggested an LPA11-K with associated bits and pieces.
Does anybody know anything about this piece of hardware?
Does anybody use some other hardware?

We are looking at a data rate of about 4 channels sampled 250 times a second
( about 2K bytes per second )
