	Once upon a time, (actually Jan 14, 1983) a young frog found
	himself to be a wee bit short on cash.  Being a smart frog,
	he decided to go to his local bank to see if he could get
	a loan. He walked up to the teller and said, "Hi, I'm here
	to get a loan". Well, the teller mumbled something about
	having to see the loan manager Miss Patricia Whack. So
	the frog proceeded to Miss Whack's desk and repeated his
	request for a loan.  Miss Whack said "Well, do you have any
	collateral for this loan?".  The frog said "Why of course I
	do", and brought out of his coat a small ceramic chicken.
	Miss Whack was dumbfounded, and decided to go see the bank
	manger to see if this would be acceptable as collateral.
	She explained the situation to the manager while he examined the
	ceramic chicken. After she finished explaining the bank manger
	proclaimed "That's a knick-knack Patty Whack, give the frog a loan!".
