Once upon a time there was a miser who owned a shaggy dog.  One day
this dog had a heart attack and eventually needed open heart surgery.
The veternarian/surgeon unsure of his worked sutured a clear piece of
plastic into the dogs chest, so he could observe the dog's heart.
Upon examing the dog and seeing the bill, the miser asked the
surgeon, "How much is that window in the doggy?"
