I sounded to me like WECo isn't competing with OEM's, but is rather
joining with a few of them...

My question is, what will this do to Berkeley-derived Unices?  If
I were going to market a 68000-based micro, I'd certainly want to
go with the system backed by both WECo and Motorola.

A real pity, as I find the BSD systems to be quite a bit better
than System III, System V, and children.
