There are two types of Apple Fortran, one for the II and one
for the ///.  Apple II Fortran can give you a stack overflow
whenever it wants to - the code has bugs.  Apple /// Fortran
will give you a stack overflow with insufficient memory, as
in a 128K system, when you try to do graphics.
