   Does anyone have any information about building an IBM-PC
compatible machine for less than $ 1600.00 with the following
configuration ?
   * Main board : 256k byte memory, IBM compatible keyboard port,
                  RS-232 ports, one or more parallel port,
		  Disk Controller (optional).
   * IBM compatible keyboard.
   * Color Monitor board and Display.
   * Enclosure, Power supply.
