As for localize.sh, you really don't have to bother. It's more work than is worth it. After all, you're going to change defs.h once (well, maybe in the future, but not as drastically), so why not just edit it yourself and not take chances with writing up an editor script from the top of your head? Again, just comment the localize.sh stuff out.
