	It looks like the problem of mail from stolaf -> ihnp4 was
	probably due to ihnp4 being overloaded, and running out of
	resources, probably due to some runaway process.  They are
	looking into it, so you can probably assume that stolaf ->
	ihnp4 is ok. (esp. at non-peak hours I would assume)
