What I'm asking is, what local/not-netwide newsgroups are there? I have seen some (mythological?) references to ne.all (New England?) but have had little luck trying to establish contact with other subscribers. I imagine the 2 RI sites on USENET could set up a ri.all distribution, but we're in communication with brunix anyway (too limited for the bother).
