The question ''what if they bomb such-and-such a city'' is not
really a feasible one to answer.  The Russians aren't goign
to bomb one city, they're gonna get all the big ones.  You have
to take the entire effect.  If they bomb NY, they're also going
to go for Ports Elizabeth and/or Newark (face it, that's one
of if not the largest trade centers on the East Coast), Boston,
DC, Philly, and Pittsburg.
