I saw the Bridge Chalanger VS. Victor Mollo writeup.
It seemed to do OK.  I have also tried the bridge game on PLATO at UIUC
and it stinks.  It would appear to me to be a major undertaking to
get the kind of system which would put up a creditable performance.
