Skeptic that I am, I couldn't resist the urge to call the phone
number given by Arwen.

Up until 30 minutes ago, I thought that Arwen was ANOTHER shadow
of a person (hiding "behind" a login).  I phoned and chatted for
a few minutes (yes, she does chat).  I am impressed with this
lady.

p.s. - She even told me her name!  Oh, the joys of netnews!!
