Basically, you shouldn't do something if you are thinking of it, as Dave said, " in a negative way"... it's self-destructive. A sensitive woman will take the lead if she senses you're shy (I try to but I don't think I'm as sensitive as I ought to be) and you will have no problems. Sometimes problems arise from consistently going out with the wrong kind of person. If you sense this is true, you might try other methods of meeting people. How about that girl on the bus you make eyes at every day on the way to work? How difficult would it be to sit by her and ask where she's off to? You meet the neatest people in the oddest ways... In any case, don't force physicality. It is a myth that women think you are gay or wimpy if you don't make a move; as a rule, they find you polite and considerate, and are often willing to make the move for you. Good luck. Arwen...
