	As my dear friend John likes to say; "It's been real, and it's
nice, but it hasn't been real nice."  This fan-ism was fun, but it's
gone on long enough.  Sure, I like it; but it's hurting people, and I
don't like that.  It's hurting other netters (boredom -> anger ->
unsubscribing), it's hurting me (lots of angry flames), and probably
even hurting you (competition?  Lack of intellectual stimulation?).  A
fellow who came to my birthday party made some excellent observations as
to just what kind of communication system and creative idea-pooling some
of these nets could be, and how useful.  Let's at least try - please?

	I would love to talk to any fans, friends or critics by phone
or net mail -- or even by US Mail, if you'd rather; write me and I'll
send my address.  But please, unless you're responding to a specific
article of mine, no more netnotes of Lady Arwen, ok?  Unless someone
creates net.arwen!
