How close is Haley's Comet going to get to the earth
on its next pass in 1986(?)? Some people out here in
un-astronomy land are saying that it will make its
closest pass ever, with all sorts of terrifying results
on earth. I have also heard that it will be on the far
side of the solar system, and not even visible to the
naked eye. If you think this is too elementary for the
newsgroup, mail responses rather than posting.
