VAT sucks!  Why? (he said rhetorically?)

Well, it means you have to lots & lots & lots of VAT inspectors,
to validate the actual value that you add.

I, for one, can't trust the IRS with this kind of power.
VAT requries an amount of government intervention beside
which the income tax pales.
