Kaufmann was challenged to a real match with that wrestler, which he chose to accept. During the match he was hopelessly outclassed and was overcome within minutes (after he finally let the guy touch him). The wrestler was so angry by this point (Kaufmann having run around the ring for so long) that he did not stop when he obviously had Kaufmann beat, but pulled one last move: slamming Kaufmann down to the mat head-first, which caused a fairly serious neck injury. Kaufmann demanded an apology, which he did not get. Subsequently, KAUFMANN extended an apology to all wrestlers for making fun of their sport and belittling their talents. All for the sake of a 'joke'. The author's personal opinion of the whole thing: Wrestling is second only to boxing (in which the goal is to pummel one's opponent into unconsciousness) in "Fun Sports For Neanderthals." Before you hit the old "f" key to blast me, I am referring to professional wrestling, not the highly-policed fair-play stuff you see in schools. Definitely Afraid To Sign My Name .....
