I will be buying a new TV sometime this year and I would like some help
decideing what features I should get on it, and what's the best kind to
get.  I don't know much about electronics so please keep it simple.  I want
to get a 21 or 25 inch color set.  I already know that I want to get an
electronic tuner instead of a mechanical one.  What things like this are
a good idea?  When responding, please explain what your'e talking about.
I've been hearing a lot of terms thrown around that I don't understand (e.g.
comb filter, color gun, etc.).  I would also like any info concerning model
dependability, quality, warranties, longevity reputation, etc.

What I really want to do is compile a description of the perfect (best of
what's available) TV set.  Come on all you video buffs, tell me what you
know.
