   I think it was school. Now that the semester's over things are really
looking up. I'm not by any means sitting around in the sun or taking trips
to the woods; I'm working full time for U of I Computer Services. But the
fact that I'm not taking class makes a big difference. I enjoy my job; it
doesn't affect my life as much as classes do. No pressure of grades, I
guess.

   I had been in school for five straight semesters, with my GPA steadily
falling. I think that was too long.

   My deepest thanks to those who responded (electronically or personally)
during my downtime.
