It's not a particularly good assembler (6 char identifiers, no operator precedence...) though it has some neat features (e.g. local labels). There is a copy on MIT-OZ, which is not on the arpanet however... The source claims to come from [USC-ISIB]MACN80.MAC, but that claim is dated 1981, and the directory apparently no longer exists.
