At the same time as the /lib/troff change to n/troff, I made one other
minor mod that I forgot to mention.  `:' has been added to the list of
characters (previously `.', `!', and `?') which, when encountered at
the end of an input line, caused n/troff to leave an extra space before
the next word when filling lines.
