Now that ms and format both make use of the PAGER variable, it would
make sense for anyone who is using the paging provided by the terminal
driver (if you have setpage in your .profile) to also set PAGER to null
(i.e. PAGER= ; export PAGER).  This will ensure that the output of ms
or format will not be piped through p.
