Star Ring is back on the system again, with its bad power supply fixed.
The standalone diagnostics (the counting lights) seem to work, although
intermachine data transfer hasn't been tried yet.

Also, Wern lengthened one of our power-control cables, and so power to
Star Ring and the 05s is once again controlled by the 44 front-panel
key instead of the little toggle switch on the power controller.

As a minor side issue, the cables lying around on the floor behind the
machines interfered sufficiently with lifting floor tiles that I got
annoyed and cleaned them up.
