It takes each NHTSA statistic and refutes it. It also gives some analysis of the statistics as compared with the years before and after the 55 mph limit came into effect, and shows that the 55 mph. speed limit has damn near nothing to do with gas savings (the same amount of gas could be saved if everyone kept their tires properly inflated), or saving lives. Really shows you how gullible the government thinks we are. By the way, they also include a postcard which you can sign, send to them, and they'll forward it to Reagan - it tells him to make good on his campaign promise and abolish the 55.
