There's a book entitled "FLYING -- Off the pavement" which deals
with fly/camp situations. Author Link Grindle,  LaSenda Pubs
(S. Laguna, CA), ISBN 0-918916-01-1. You might be able to order
it from the publisher (32331 Coast Highway, S. Laguna CA 92677).

It has a chapter on specific camping places, but this chapter is
only six or seven pages. The Overview of specific places is longer,
just over 20 pages.
