We have just converted our two vaxen from 4.1a to 4.1c BSD. At his point
the most annoying problem we face is that you can easily crash the system
using sdb or the new debugger dbx by stopping and starting the process to
be debugged. The error seen is "panic: munhash". The only thing I can
remember that we did to change process table sizes was to up the number
of access groups you are allowed to be in from 8 to 16.
