What I wait anxiously for each day, though, is to get more references to papers, etc. relating to "cognitive engineering". There was an initial burst of references but now there are precious few. My appeal is for any and all references that anyone has found to be readable and informative. I would imagine that controversial material is coming out about, say, user interfaces.
