	I recently attended a seminar here in Canada given by a consultant
	from France.  He had said that European contries had indeed
	legislated the colours of the screen and background for the labour
	unions.  He then rattled off which countries had chosen what 
	colours.  I did not get a chance to write them down (maybe one of
	our European sites could post a list) but the interesting thing
	is that no two countries had chosen the same colours.
